Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at our facility located in Bowling Green, OH, 43402. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running machines for production runs and ensuring their smooth operation. Responsibilities

• Perform machine operations and adjustments according to production requirements
• Operate and monitor machines during production runs to ensure efficient and accurate performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure their optimal functioning
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
• Document production data and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Prior experience in machine operations for production runs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
• Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

You should be proficient in:

• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Salary info:

$19.50 - $20.50 / hr
